Water conservation is no longer a choice these days, and it is not a secret that the toilet is the most likely source of indoor inefficient water usage. Check out this website: http://www.leakalertor.com
I own a LeakAlertor and it is the easiest conservation product to use. No installation or tools required. It monitors your toilet for leaks 24/7 and will alert you the minute 1 is detected. It is a great product to help you do your part to conserve water, and save money on your water bill.

As per the comment below, I have 2 leakalertors and I gave 2 to my grandmother. I actually have a funny story about it. My Grandmother was initially excited until her private bathroom’s leakalertor started beeping. She swore she did not have a leak so the thing must be defective because there were no visible or audible signs of a leak (if you really want to sit by the toilet for a while to try to detect it). While she was shopping my sister and I (because we know how kooky my crazy grandmother can be) put food coloring in the tank and let it sit for 20 minutes until she came home from the store. We showed her all the food coloring that had seeped into the toilet bowl, proving a leak. Yup . . . she’s completely sold on it now after threatening to smack me for being a little smart butt!
