You’ll learn how to assess your yard’s soil type and simple ways to effectively use typical household wastes to build soil health and promote productive urban landscapes. \nClass project: Soil resource plan \nClass is free\, but you must register. \nNOTE: This class offers an OPTIONAL tour of a water harvesting installation at Mesa Urban Garden\, 212 E. 1stAve\, from 5:15 to 5:45 p.m. This location is just 1/2-mile from Mesa Main Library.
