Nour Kays, a third year Graphic Design student at the Lebanese American University in Beirut, Lebanon, recently sent us a layout inspired by our Water Saving Tip #23: Shorten your shower by a minute or two and you’ll save up to 150 gallons per month.
It was for a project assignment in her Advanced Typography class, which was to pick a social, environmental or cultural cause, and create a series of posters. She designed one in latin, one in arabic and one bilingual, all with the intent of bringing awareness towards the subject or advertising it.
Nour picked water conservation as her cause, and our tips in 100 Ways to Conserve inspired her to show people how much they could do could save water.
Here’s to using water wisely and creativity going hand in hand!
