If you’re interested in cooking using the free energy of the sun or making delicious meals in the summer without heating up the kitchen, here’s your chance to learn all about solar cooking. Presenter, Merry Bevill, Solar Cooking Enthusiast will discuss the art and science of cooking from as well as demonstrate her favorite solar ovens and cooking techniques.
