Join Leah Harrison and Rebecca Davidson from Salt River Project as they take you on a historical journey of one of the oldest multipurpose federal reclamation projects in the United States. They will also share information about forest and watershed restoration programs that will ultimately safeguard the Valleys water supplies. City of Mesa Water Resources and Water Conservation staff will also provide brief presentations.

During the month of July, Mesa Main Library is also featuring the art exhibit of Tony Winters, a NY artist who has completed a series of paintings of Arizona water features titled “Desert River/City River.”
