Water – Use It Wisely is headed to the Phoenix Zoo on Sunday, April 17, 2016 to celebrate Día del Niño! Join us to celebrate children, animals, Hispanic culture, and water!
Learn about water conservation at the Water – Use It Wisely booth. Test your Arizona water knowledge and take home some of our free giveaways! We’ll also have information about finding leaks and information about Water – Use It Wisely’s newest contest!
There will be a dance party, sidewalk chalk art, family photo opportunities, safari adventure, butterfly art, or be an animal for the day with ASU. Take a swing at a piñata, watch beautiful folk dancers, take photos with luchadors from Lucha Libre Por, and meet Maya and Miguel from PBS. There will be so many fun activities throughout the Zoo including DJs, mariachi bands, face painting, crafts, and more!
So many things to see and do to celebrate Día del Niño – you won’t want to miss it. Who knows, you may even spot Water – Use It Wisely’s mascot Wayne Drop!
All activities are free with Zoo admission. More information about Día del Niño at the Phoenix Zoo visit is available here.
