Smart Irrigation Controllers
One of the best places to start saving water in Arizona is outdoors! The SRP Water Conservation Expo is the largest one-day distribution of smart irrigation controllers in the nation. Nearly 11,000 smart controllers have been distributed since 2008, which translates into an approximate water savings of about 1.5 billion gallons. This is based on the average household water use of 12,000 gallons per month before installation of a smart controller.
Expo attendees have the option to purchase either a Hunter Pro-HC with Hydrawise® or a Rachio 3 Smart Sprinkler controller for $60 plus tax*. These must be purchased either at the expo on March 2 or through the Ewing Outdoor Supply pre-order link received after registering for the expo. For more information about the controller offer, please visit srp.net/2024expo.
*Participant is responsible for sales tax on the Ewing Outdoor Supply discounted price of $190 for the controller. SRP provides an instant rebate of $130.
Stack the deal with municipal rebates!
Many Valley municipalities offer rebates and other incentives for purchasing a smart irrigation controller – which can be stacked with the SRP instant rebate! Check your municipality’s website to see if you can save even more on this water-wise upgrade.
